you all will get approved soon, it takes between two to three years for approval and you are almost or let me say you are due already.
you should be receiving i360 approval before the end of the year .
mine was early 2020 and I received multiple prima facies and EAD.
then I received NOID July 2022 for my divorce letter to provide a new one that can be verified online.
I submitted a new one then case was denied.
my law firm submitted an appeal right away then I got i360 approval in December 2022.
now waiting for i485 approval.

Here is how to talk to USCIS …
call 800-375-5283
say , I want to know about my case
say , I never received receipt
say, I’m at the service center
say, Yes
say, Yes
you will be directed to a USCIS agent that you will speak to.
