Filing I-130
I applied on December 11th 2023, for my husband I-130 now it's been 7 months and it's keep saying 2 months then it moved to 10months now am down to 8 months from the the 10 months does it takes that long. How long do I have to wait for him to be approved?

I applied July 18 2023. It went to 4wk and down to zero twice. It is currently at 4 months and my case is a year today. Time is unreliable and processing time is upto 400 days now.

they take 400 days right now. by the time his time comes around it could be more since it did increase a few months. but likely early 2025

mine was in 21 months then changed to 18 months since April. I honestly don’t want to look at the progress tab because my EAD application was in one week before decision for almost 3 weeks then went to 3 months now. it’s so frustrating

Taking 13.5 months right now so expect nothing until end of Jan 2025. The USCIS timeline bar is notoriously useless. Don’t even bother looking at it. The numbers mean nothing on there.

uscis takes 10_11 months still uscis is better than nvc.after youre case approved you must wait minimim 2 years until you got interview letter.🙏
