Filing for I-730
Can anyone please help me out with how long is my I-730 gonna take to process. It's being processed at the Texas Service Centre and it's been almost a year now. I have heard nothing from them. But I know someone and they recently applied for an expedite and their request got approved and their case was pending at the same service centre as mine. And theirs got approved in less than 7 months since the date of original application was filed. it's gonna be a year for me in the first week of May. Did anyone go through the similar process and can anyone please guide me on how to speed up the process. And also how long does it take after the approval for the interview to be scheduled at your local embassy. Please share your thoughts and experiences down below. May the Lord help us all. God bless everyone 😇

@katie K do you have a lawyer? if you have one ask them for an expedite or contact your senator and ask them for an expedite. Coz it's been almost 2years since you applied and if your case goes out of processing time it's gonna get even more complicated coz then they'll ask you to submit a case inquiry. You can go on Uscis website and read their expedition article and see what reason fits best for your case and do it coz it's surely worth a try. They'll ask for rfe tho so make sure have enough evidence to back it up. Just give it a shot coz those folks at Uscis are taking forever to adjudicate these I-730s. Who knows you might get the approval. Just leave it in God's hands and do your part. Btw you can expedite as many times as you want If you didn't know. I hope this helps. God bless
