Filing for EB2-NIW from outside the US
I have a few questions and would appreciate some clarifications:
1. Filing Fees:
Am I correct that I need to pay the following fees:
Form I-140 filing fee: $715
Asylum Program Fee: $600
DS-260 fee: $325
Premium Processing fee: $2,805
2. Mailing Address:
I intend to send my petition package to the USCIS P.O. Box 21500, Phoenix, AZ for Premium Processing of my I-140. Is this the correct address?
3. Additional Guidance:
Do you have any advice or experiences you can share that may help me as I prepare and file my EB-2 NIW petition?

i think asylum is 300, and you don't have to pay ds260 to USCIS. so it should be 715+300+2805

@Anto A It depends where your residence is. I have no idea for your case assuming you are submitting from abroad. I suggest you to search on Google or subreddits, I wouldn't trust ai on this stuff

@Anto A , when I Submit and they confirm receipt of my notice. How or where do they send my notice since I am outside the US? Through email? or where? Sorry for bothering you

My i-140 case was filled by lawyer on 7 August 2025 and my priority date is 23 December 2023 and my category is eb3 unskilled but till now still i didn't get my case number of i-140. Can you please guide me on this?
