FILING FOR CHILD
So yall know I got my green card recently so my question is can my husband still petition for my son (his step son)? I know if I do it as permanent the process will be longer so I would rather my husband petition if he can

our lawyer said I can ask for my step daughter.. if I do it before she turns 17 he said it’s almost an automatic citizenship.. if I wait till she’s 17 that it would be a 2yr process and she would get her green card if I wait until she’s 19 it would be 25+yrs of a wait for a green card aswell..
