probably sometimes between Jun-Sep 2022. If you haven’t filed yet, gather your documents and be ready to file asap in October. It will take about 8-12 months to process your case. And since i765 isn’t free anymore, you can just file i485 and wait for the gc.

There will not be a significant movement in October. Expect it to move around November. You can see my detailed analysis where I posted my reasoning a few days ago.

@is it this october ? I think the final date will cover the whole year. Right now, immigration is using the final action date for new filings, so to be honest, it doesn’t matter if the filing date moves until immigration decides to use it.

@PD Apri 2022 Yes I did. I have same pd as yours.

There is definitely going to be movement, i am just afraid how much of a forward movement we will see.

@EB3 Other Workers my guess is that early 2022 folks should be able to be current to get green card by early 2027. If you have already filed for i485 then just relax, not much movement is going to be there for FAD.
