the last RFE I submitted was in July 2022 imagine after that nothing was asked from me. had my interview & EAD last year in January.

is the case number correct in lawfully? maybe it got screwed up.

Ask your spouse to contact the congressman from your state on your immigration case. You guys can do this going on your congressmans website and sending it a message. This helps a lot!! Your spouse can also go to the White House website and do the same thing. My husband did this and helped my case. Good luck, God bless you!!

ohhh I did contact the US senator for the 3rd time now,,, here is the respond U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate that the I-485 application was received on December 13, 2021. A review of our systems show that the case is under escalated review by the supervisor. We have informed the supervisor of this inquiry.

@Nelly burns at least they will contact the USCIS about your case and that will force them to do something about it. sometimes they just forget about our case. my congressman contacted them about 3 times only this year, they start working in my case and I got my approval. my case was there for years and they was not doing anything about it, until my congressman starts bothering them. good luck on your case!!
