Field office or NBC?
hey guys quick question. if you know a form is missing a signature and it was at NBC would NBC send it to the field office with the missing signature? or can the field office ask also for the missing signature? would nbc or field office ask for the signature? or it doesn’t matter? just wondering

I want to think it doesn't matter to just look out for a RFE or some kind of correspondence from USCIS about it. I'm also wondering if you could even fill out the page that's missing, sign it and uploaded to your account just in case.
