June 8th 2021, newark, as of 08/20/21 actively reviewing the case…

Newark is taking around 10 to 13 months to process marriage based cases 🥲

sorry I don’t know, I usually scroll to the next post when I see Newark case that is not married based. all the people who did their interview lately got their case processed between 10 to 13 months for marriage based case.

Lets hope we gonna get there soon 🙏

my status changed to interview scheduled once I saw that I chatted with agent using Emma to find out the date and time. first agent did not want to disclose that, so I tried a second time.

wafa bou , how did u chat with an agent, whenever I try trough emma I get automatic answers 😞

it have to be during working hours you type “agent” it will ask you to type your question than it will give option to pick connect with live agent. than you need to enter recipe number and follow the direction after

I filed september 2021 maybe its to early to speak with an agent.. what questions did u ask him?

there is no point to chat with them if you case status did not change to interview scheduled….
