my mom resides in the US. she had her biometrics appt on 8/6/22. ever since then we have been waiting to hear about her i601a waiver being accepted/denied. we already paid for the IV and AOS fees. not sure if we are supposed to do anything else besides wait?

make sure you keep in contact with NVC. once a year or else the case will expire and they will charge the fees again.
