feels like an Endless waiting
FOR A "1RST WORLD COUNTRY", THEIR IMMIGRATION SYSTEM IS COMPLETELY LEFT BEHIND. COVID HAS ENDED FOR YEARS (thank God) and yet they KEEP USING THE SAME APOLOGIES, BUT THERE ARE CASES SINCE 2017, 2018 WAITING FOR APROVAL...WAY BEFORE COVID...THEY SEEM TO BE COMPLETELY STOPED !!! #VAWA

I received the 3rd prima facie expiring in June, I can't believe this people are really doing they are being paid for!!!
I WISH THEY WERE AS FAST TO PROCESS THE CASES LIKE THEY ARE EXTREMELY FAST TO RETURN A PACKAGE FOR LACK OF PAYMENT!!!!

@tired from waiting Im curious people are keep taking about congressmen but they are not our congressmen yet because technically we as wava pending applicants are not even a green card holders yet. so why congressmen spend their valuable time for bunch of people, almost every day, asking same things.

@Alan Menezes : I understood you . my vawa took 38 full months to be approved, waiting is not end yet and my 485 is pending since 12/28/2020 . they put my priority date to 08/14/2019 . still don’t have any status here. I believe IMMGRANTE makes America great .

wish they can bring premium processing for VAWA. it will not help victims with financial distress but with premium processing fees, they can hire more officers and adjudicate general applications faster and clear all the backlog.
