I had my i140 approved in November . case transferred to NBC December 23 , sent my medical in January 26 . EB1 row current . I don’t know why it’s taking a long time :( .

some people who filed in mid late march already are getting approved.. is a matter of days and weeks for sure.. patience

I filed late March and got my EAD approved in a little under 2 months

@D E me too. I’ve reached out congress reps and they’ve even reached out to USCIS, but it’s still moving slow.

ı sent I-485 form in 21 June. there is no news we are waiting ı hope it can come very soon🎉

I filled my I-485 last march 29th and today got my approved EAD

@cloud 8 how long ago did you reach out to congress reps? I’m thinking of reaching to a senator to see if they can help me expedite mine but not sure if it’s worth the try

@D E I reached out them in June and requested to expedite the EAD and travel document. they can’t do much about the I-485
