FD-258 for applying for removal of conditions
hi everyone.After 1.7 months break from all the immigration hustle-I’m back now to apply for I-751.
on the uscis website it says that the applicant needs to send 2 forms FD-258.So you basically get this form printed and do your own finferprints at home?Why do i need to pay for biometrics then🤪

That is only for people who reside overseas pursuant to military or government orders. That was my understanding.
