FBI Clearance report okay for Criminal records
Hello Family,
Am planning a trip very soon d I have a question regarding criminal records. is the FBI clearance report shows the entire criminal records of an individual in the USA? And it’s safe to travel with Advance Parole if the FBI record is negative?

@Tee Boy tea, fbi background will show all criminal record and arrests data, even if you expunged your record

if what you are trying to ask is if it’s advisable to travel if you ve any negative record on ur FBI record, my advice is DONT bcus all visible snd ur faith of reentry is at the discretion of the CBP. if not, u re free to go anywhere but if other wise, u better wait till u get ur green card. I have used mine 5 times and at each usage I seek my lawyers consent if I am cleared of any ish.

@Tee Boy every lawyer has and can. ask yours, they ll look into everything because it’s a public info atleast to them.
