I allegedly got approval for my family like 14 months ago and still waiting for interview idk to how long more waiting i am from AFG

@zee khan brother I-730 is taking too long u can expect approval in approximately 20 months than getting interview for I-730 in pak taking approximately other 2 years u have to keep 4 to 5 years in mind

1.next step keep sending congretional or ombudsman inqury or hire a lawyer 2.howmuchtime…? others are waiting 3-5 yrs or more defends on case 3.according to my lawyer will need to evaluate for expedite or mandamus request only base on USCIS qualification like health or humanitarian depends on case 4.i do not discourage everyone but the 2 lawyer I asked them and they have same statement that I-730 is currently taking so long or dead in process🥲.I always check every app if there are other I-730 case are moving for those outside US but unfortunately there’s none and on the USCIS website no timeline yet May Allah give us strength during this waiting time.🤲

@Mi Im I agree with you brother benificiary inside is moving and process for them is smooth while benificiary outside is on complete hold what about you did you get approved and what's ur embassy

@sb qureshi no bro I am benificiary spouse is petitionor in USA they have green card got approved 16 months before but till now no updates

Means that I need to wait another 3 to 4 years to see my family get together. it’s too long man
