it’s been over year now and the only things I heard is that case was received and been actively reviewed 😢😩

took me 8 months for 1 and 1 year for the other, they both have interview with my parents who was behind

I am filling for my kids in JA as well my daughter case just sent to nvc after a year I called today to have my son owns expedite and sent as well .his case will be a year june

@meka T my sons case will be a year in July and California service center seems to move really slow

@meka T what did u told them to expidite ur son case. my 8 year old daughter in jamaica also next month will be 2 years she waiting. I submit service request last November and they say her cause is waiting to be reviewed because or work load.. so tired but still keeping the faith for an approval soon.

@Kay Palmer humanitarian reasons because my son had a seizure and I want both case to be process the same time

@san P check to see if you had miss any inportant notice with them ...keep checking on your case and if you request to expedite you have to show prove why. if your a GC holder case will take longer as you have to wait until your visa date comes so idk everyone case is different I sent in every thing and keep checking also my hubby is a citizen

@meka T I didn't miss any notice I literally check her case every single day. here and online. my husband file for her so it's a ir2 case. us citizen
