False Accusation of fraud
I went with my wife (been married over 5years)in May 2023 for my Citizenship and removal of condition interview. Officer asked me to leave for the lobby and interviewed my wife for over 40mins. She told my wife to leave without interviewing me, saying another round of interview would be scheduled because of lack of time slot for the day. He told my wife someone reported I paid my wife for immigration benefit which she debunked.
This is really completely false on us as we have been married for over 5years with 2 of her child and 2 of mine both from previous marriages. It’s been 5 months plus after and no correspondence has been sent from USCIS yet. All paperwork was filed by us. self filed with some research.
I need professional advices on the way forward, I am in the Houston,TX area.

this is a shame! who does such things to other people. I don’t speak of my husbands case because anyone can report us fraud. I have a lawyer he works nationwide, and a very good lawyer

That is the reason why you should always go with a lawyer to the interview. It is still not over.

@Bb Sh Sorry for what you going through, you have to sue them. 120 days after the interview was passed they have to give you a decision but they want to sit on your case until your feel hopeless.

I would recommend start getting letters of recommendations from friends and family. Have them notarized and send them to your case.
