My Pd is 13-04-2013 F4 visa currently case is in nvc since 2021 case creation letter with invoice and case no received when i expect for interview?

same here , mid 2013 pd and and our case is also in nvc and we got invoice letter in 2023 but still waiting It will take at least 2 years and at most 2.5 years to complete all this process! in sha Allah
