@neeta patel our PD is June 2014 & we r still waiting for approval, the last update we had 537 days ago was the same case moved to ELIS and got new case # starting from IOE, this is nothig except that your case is moved to electronic format/digital and new case # issued by system...wait time remains the same...

means wait times count newly, it means it's changed my like ELIS date is last year 06/2024 so now wait time count after this date ?????

I am totally confused what to do in this case

it's already had been 12yrs now it's changed and I have to wait again that much long time 😭😭

any update about ELIS it's just digital transfer of your paper filed case. u need to have more patience wait for this type now. your Priority date Never change. they not giving you approval before or sometime till priority date current to make your children have advantages of CSPA to not aged out even over 21 or even more than 35. so just wait. so it's saves so many children to get benefited as before many children didn't get age strict aged out on 21 year. and even if u i130 approval early u need to wait till priority date current but if u get approval early and your child will out of 21 year age than think which is better?
