the visa bulletin AOS DATES FOR FILING shows advancement in the F2A category for priority dates on or before 09/22/2025.
My i-130 is still pending with priority date 06/22/2024 but can I go ahead and file for AOS?
Just some clarity needed.

OK, I did further reading on this. I am in the US but my spouse (the i-130 petition beneficiary is outside the US). Our petition needs to be approved first and then he would go through the consular processing in the country where he currently resides.
I am actually aware of this but my confusion arose with the visa bulletin seeing that my priority date is earlier given the advancement in the F2A category.

Your I-130 needs to be approved first.

you can file AOS but you need to be in US with a valid status and be current in the 2nd chart of visa bulletin
