@lama l So the lady said, f2a is not current but they are looking at July/aug for it to be current but definitely before the end of they year they would be because they are working double time to clear their backlogs.

@w s it’s crazy don’t worry yours will come thru soon. One thing I did was to send a whole to of evidence. Though I am f2a, the lady that interviewed me said “she would have approved me right there but visa aren’t current. Also I didn’t go along with my i20 so she would use that to buy me time. I uploaded every i20, transcrip and grad cert right there. She kept laughing. I told her I had no time to waste time.

if you’re f2a and what is your PD? how can be approved your I-485 if PD is not current? Correct me please if I’m wrong.

@nzr h July 25 2023, my 485 was not approved, only 130. how I was approved I don’t know, maybe I was lucky someone walked passed my file 😂
