F2A what is the generic timeline for I485 after I-130 approved on concurrent filing?
Question in the title. I am getting worried everyday. it’s been a week after I130 approval and people around me got approval for both of them at the same time

are LPR or USC.
if you are are LPR they will not approve I-485 until your priority date match the date in the visa bulletin which is October 2017, as there is no green card available for you.
if you are USC it will follow after the I-130.

@kalid jamma you seem to have more light on this, what is LPR n USC, coz I got on my timeline the action date retrogressed to October 2017 and my pd is Nov 2021🤔

@Sheero mwas LPR means green card holder and USC means US Citizen.
current visa bulleting In August retrogress back to October 2017 that means any green card petitioner will have to wait until his PD become current. your PD is Nov 2021 so you have to wait until you become current. hope when next fiscal year began in October 2023, the visa bulleting might come back somewhere 2021. no one for sure just guessing.
if you are a us citizen a visa is always available for the beneficiary and you don’t need to wait.

@kalid jamma pls what if you overstay B1/B2 visa for six month and you first filed I-130 and it got approved afte two yrs and you filed I-485 and I-765 concurrently will the application be denied? pls I need advice

@Jesus baby if you are at status when you submit the I-485 you will be fine.
