f2A visa bulleting
so the August visa bulleting f2A is at 22july2026 mean while late 2022 and 2023 case aren’t approved ?

I kind of don’t understand
the visa bulletin says “there’s a visa available for you”
but you case is not moving.
even when it moves and you’re approved, during interview for the visa they say “a visa is available for you. you are granted the visa. but we are not giving it to you because you’re under travel restrictions/ban”
finally what should we do?

The annual limit for family sponsored immigrant visas is approximately 226,000.
The F2 category receives 114,200 visas per year, plus any unused visas from other family preference categories.
The F2A category receives 77% of the visas allocated to F2.
Currently, many immigrant visas are not being issued because numerous U.S. embassies and consulates have reduced or suspended visa services due to ongoing conflicts, and visa restrictions affecting nationals of 75 countries have also reduced visa issuance. As a result, fewer immigrant visas are being used, which may be one of the reasons the F2A Visa Bulletin has advanced more quickly.

@sara ahmad yet they said they won’t trouble AOS of status for the 75 countries that’s adjusting and a lot of AOS filers for 2022 to 2023 isn’t approving they are approving 2024 ,2025 and 2026 filers for F2A that doesn’t make any sense
