2 June 2021 waiting. F2A category is retrogress that means USCIS will hold the cases till the visas available. currently NVC is working on cases they received in 1 January 2018 from USCIS as per intended visa bulletin of September 2023 available on USCIS website.

@Saurav Singh yes my case is in AR. no it’s not current. yesterday I checked again. filing date is 1 September 2023. but Final action date is 1 Jan 2018. which means they are working on cases with PD on or before 1 Jan 2018.
