dec 2019 under review since July 2021

6 jan 2020 nothing. is there any forum where we can protest against this? this is so unfair for F2A people

it not fair for true look at all the cases are approving 2021 from jan- nov what about 2018-2019-2020 early Part all those who apply 2021 they are the ones dealing with u have immediate relative still living outside of the US it SO expensive to get to and fro and they forget about us who living in another country vermont is dead beat.I realiez u have to suffer when it come to marriage

@Bishal Shrestha: by any change did you get any updates?

i had a response from VSC to my congressman saying they are still processing VAWA applications from July 2019 (they wrote to approve my expedite request and then didn't take any action for 2 weeks).

@CC does it mean that they won’t process any F2A application until they finalize VAWA application ? we are also waiting since November 2019.

i didnt get it. what has vawa spplications to fo with i130. that makes no sense:/

since 5 months back every time the processing time keep remaining in july it doesnt even go to August,nothing like few months wait

28 months and still waiting

nothing. i was transferred from cali to verm and now cali is getting all approvals for jan 2020. this is real punishment

@ james few days back a lady who applied in oct 2019 got approved in feb 2022. i dont know what speed they are moving with

@F2A Vermont still nothing. But I believe someone with pd of 1st Nov,2019 recently got approved. I am not sure if I should keep or we should keep our hopes high. Can't relay on this vermont officials.
