@Disha Patel i didn’t receive any email or notification when it was upgraded. i chatted with emma agent on June 20th and he told me it was upgraded and the approval came in August 4th

@Disha Patel @Aida Skenderi Request the upgrade again, and ask for an inquiry, since your case should have already received the upgrade. If they gave you an upgrade number, open the inquiry with that number, it’s not difficult to request one
