F2A to IR1 Upgrade 😔

Hi All, it’s been more than 35 days that I have uploaded my Naturalization Certificate and they still haven’t upgraded my case from F2A to IR-1. I have called them many times but it’s the same answer ‘Officer is working on it’. What are my options? should I contact congressman? or is it too early? I got a silent update on 09/02 for UpdatedAt ttimestamp when looking at json API. but nothing in Document center. PD - May 21 2024 Texas Service Center Case request to upgrade on 07/30/026 #F2AtoIR1

@Bali jee did you get an RFE ?

In reality, there is nothing in the "Documents" section to indicate that the application has been upgraded; instead, you simply receive an email notification informing you of the upgrade. I waited a year to receive this notification, while others waited six months, seven months, and so on.

@abu gamal and some people get their notifications in a couple of weeks. I don’t know how they do that🙃🙂 looks like we are last in the line

mi abogado me dijo que referente al tema ciertos casos las i-130 continúan culminan como f2a y para el resto del proceso te actualizan, otros casos cambian…
