F2A to IR1 QUESTION
hello everyone... am currently a green card holder, I filled for my spouse and added our baby as a derivative in NVC stage, I as the petitioner, am waiting on my naturalization us citizenship in coming months, my question is, * can I update the case from F2A to IR2 after becoming a US citizen? * if yes would it disqualify our baby as a derivative if I happen to change it from F2A to IR1?

you will have to pay fees for the child and they MAY have you fill out a seperate I-130, but if the child was born after the I -130 approval they may not

@bg p, am still a green card holder, my wife as been DQED 10months ago and our baby is just born few days ago, but my naturalization petition is in process I have not received an interview appointment letter yet. for what I wanted to do is, to add the baby as a derivative and even if I got my passport I will not update it to nvc until when they have there Interview they can go with my naturalization certificate. will this work perfect without any problem?

@rene Acosta, so I want to know are you talking from experience or have you seen it from the uscis website. please help me more on this issue. I wouldn't mine to reschedule my naturalization appointment until my wife and baby have completed their consular interview.
