@pooja fnu no i already got approval for i130 before updating the case i mean when the case was still f2a category, we sent letter after my spouse got his certificate in feb 2024 trying to push i485

aww ok mine case was same as well @lama l we also got approval for I 130 before updated our case and we update on feb this year let’s see how much time USCIS will take

As Emma informed me, the I485 was transferred to the Denver Field Office and the interview was waived. Did you ask where your I485 is at the moment?@pooja fnu

@lama l Hi! I haven’t upgraded our case yet since I haven’t gotten my Naturalization Interview as of the moment. I’m just curious as to how long it typically takes for USCIS to take action on our case once by God’s Grace I become a Citizen already. Our current service center is Texas
