If you've uploaded online they will probably not even see that upload until it's your 'turn' to get your petition reviewed.. which as a LPR is further down the line than CR1. Call them instead.

we requested for upgrade on 31/05/2024 and case upgraded on 27/06/2024. we sent a physical mail to our service center as a request

we got an email and we have seen it on hilites.today website. they are updating it on hilites.today and case tracker, not on USCIS
