42 is kinda long but mine started with 6 months then it changed again to a 12 months, and it was actually the 12 months.I hope it change back to 24 months.

@Evgheni S not really! they only told me my case was transferred ( i didn’t get any notice) and said it’s within time frame and i can ask for expedition in August 2025 🙃

I see an average trend of approved around 24-30 months. official processing time does show 42 months (California), I hope it does not actually time that long. plus Final action date are not current for me, I hope I-130 gets approved by the time Final action dates become active for me!

@Raphaela Braga cases do get approved. however you won’t get visa interview before the final is current.
