I saw someone who filed a WOM with USCIS in July of this year and it was just approved today. That person's application is F2A, pending outside the US; their petitioner is a resident, and their date is May 6, 2024, Vermont Service Center. My date is July 6, 2024, and I still haven't heard anything.
