@Chan financial losses. I’m currently working under O-1 status and it’s expiring next month. And I also have a mortgage to pay. Can’t really lose my job😅

I understand if you're out of status filing under your category F2A, you don't get work permit. So I'm curious as to what your status is? Also what state are you in?

@Lennie, thank you. Because I’m already in the US, I filed F2A concurrently with i485 (adjustment of status). At and time of filing, my o-1 status is still valid and it still will be valid through the end of July. Work permits is just benefit part of I-485. I’m in NJ.
