I got my I 130 approved. PD August 2021. but never heard from my 485. visa bulletin changed and I believe all f2a cases will be put on hold if you are not from 2017

yes, talked with my lawyer today. they said that we should expect to upgrade the case when my wife got the citizenship. but remind you this is for the gc nothing related to ead combo card though. we already have those.

I stopped believing the lawyers. My F2A ( i130 & i485 ) got approved June 7th 2023. PD May 2nd 2022.
