congratulations but your congressman cannot and did not help. all they can do is ask uscis for an update on your case and they all get the same generic response. the fact that you got approval after submitting an inquiry is sheer coincidence

this is the second time, my congressman submit the enquiry behalf of me to as they also submit the enquiry on July 1, but during that time like they just mention that it’s in the normal processing time, but this time when they submit the enquiry again today morning, I just got email from my congressman that like they got the response from the SIS. Indicating that officer says that you are constituent is receive the update shortly about the case. I 130 and I got the proof with the email from the Congressman that what response they get from the and within a second, I also got notification on my email that action has been taken on your case when I login and check so the tab doesn’t show anything. It says the last update October 6 case, stealing process, but when I check the document app, there is 130 approval waiting for me.
