As things look they stopped i130 for Consular Processing allegedly. I think and it's my personal opinion when you look at where they stopped (end of Sep2022) and the amount of days they not approving cases that pattern suggest that they will use the remaining visas for this year only for AOS.

but would individuals who are going the adjustment of status routes be affected by visa availability due to the fact that they do not actually require visas @hello34 x

Whether AOS or Consular F2A, there is a quota of visas allocated to them per year. those with the AOS route also need a visa to be avaliable for them adjust. @shiann min
