I’m so confused at the moment with the visa bulletin.. I’m May 2022 but I saw it moved till to September! This is crazy!

I’m new at this stage and I’m trying to understand how this visa bulletin works. I won’t lie, I’m a little confused. My priority date is August 2020. I got NVC documented qualified May 2025. My category is F2A (green card holder to spouse) Am I current now? when should I expect a date for interview abroad?
