Hello, My pd april 2022 and still nothing🥲on USCIS website it says 3 weeks until decision on I 130 .. i watch it for the past 3 months and it decrease within time.. but i am not too excited about it because i know its just not that easy🤷🏼♀️

October 2022 here, nothing yet, and even with an approval, Visa Bulletin says that NVC is currently reviewing 2020 cases

@M. Y. was in NBC according to public lawfully timeline. did you upgrade to IR-1/CR-1? are you married to citizen?

@Mi li NBC but approval came from my field office in New Jersey.

@Guiodo Mert My husband is still green card holder. I didn’t upgrade.
NBC transferred to the field office then I got the approval.
