Hi everyone,
I-130 (F2A) was filed in October 2022 at the California Service Center.I received an RFE in December 2025 and submitted my response on January 4, 2026.
Based on your experience, how long does USCIS usually take to make a decision after receiving an RFE response? Any insight or timelines would be greatly appreciated.

Within 90 days, but I saw some people pass it in just one week.

keep hanging in... I am waiting like 98 days now after submission of RFE as well.

we submitted a response since Aug 2023 and there is no response back to us since then
