Extension of Advance Parole
Hi All. My GC was done in EB1 category and priority date is October 2022. I have a question here, the advance parole for myself and my family is getting expired on March 2024. My attorney is charging 1500 for this. Can I do it myself or should I use the services of my attorney by paying 1500.

i just did it by myself last month. anyone can do it. check with your attorney if they give you diy instructions for free if you retained them for 485

thats a lot i think. my attorney said they would charge 200- 250 per applicant for EAD/AP renewal application.
