Expired passport for interview
Hi everyone, please I’m scheduled for interview early October but my international passport is expired and I don’t have any other ID. Will uscis turn me back if I show up with expired passport?

It’s more likely, I think. Before wife’s embassy interview (EB3), her passport was valid for at least 6mos before intent to arrive in the US.

Your passport need to be valid the embassy will hold on ur visa till you get a valid passport

you can use your expire passport if you are unable to get a new one ontime . you can always go through security and if they say anything about expire you can always start by I'm sorry ,explain that you are in the process of applying for a new one ... I think if they don't buy that story they may reschedule your interview and then you may have enough time to renew your passport. which country is your passport issued?
