expediting i765
i want to expedite my i765.
i have 25000$ loan on me, 1700$medical bills, debt collector are calling me daily, i have notice from landlord for due rent. i have kidney stones but i dont have insurance
with all these circumstances can I request for expedite.
will uscis consider my request?

it makes no sense fren! my expedite request was approved on the 2 of January and up till now I can’t get a response and today is my priority date where o should inquire about my case it’s gonna be 6months and I don’t even got a bio yet but I gotten a prima 2monts after me case submitted trust me I loose faith in usics 🤦♂️

expedite via congress … I was approved within 1 week after congress got involved .

was approved within 1 weeks after congress sent and got my 765 with in 3 weeks after

Told them I’m at the street begging for food ,I live under the bridge with a child .Ofcos that was exaggerated.
