Expedited review
Hello folks, I applied for EAD in February 2023. my lawyer told me around month ago that he applied for EAD expedited review but my case still the same and it doesn't show that expedite received. how can I know if he applied? or is there a time that I have to wait before it show that expedited review received?

Whenever, we create an expedite request with EMMA, we usually will receive the request number from EMMA agent and also you will recieve an another email from USCIS with in 8 to 9 days after your service request, whether they are considering your request. if you didn't receive any email, I am assuming there was no request made or uSCIS didn't acknowledged. This can be confirmed by EMMA agent.
Generally, if USCIS considering your request and your reasoning falls under expedite criteria, they will ask for supporting documentation in the email. I'm not sure case status will be updated to "Expedite request received", in our case, status didn't reflect that though we raised expedite request for one of our files.

8 days. . Received an email from USCIs along with address of the USCIS FO processing my case.
