Expedited Request Approved, what’s next?
I asked my congressman to submit an expedited request for my I765 on my behalf on Sep 26th. The reason is financial loss. And today Oct 24th, it got approved. When should I expect a decision on my case? #i765 #nbc

I got my expedited approval on October 26th. Still no updates in ead status. I let you know when my status changes

same as you , financial loss, recently I tried to reach out to them via Emma, but I was told that my case still under expedited review and there is no timeframe

look, my case also is based on asylym application. probably it is main reason because for asylum applications they had to make a decision within a month. But now it takes up to 3 and even more months to get EAD
