Expedited Request
I need advise? I didn't request Expedited to my case in October, I don't know how it happened but they received expedited Request, then I asked Emma " I didn't Request this expedited to my case can you cancelled it" and answer was "no I can't cancelled it: you have to wait !!! the worse part is they told me My process it will be delay coz you requested expedited so we have to review your documents First . I don't have any documents that I can submit now. However , they wait me 60 days to submit support documentation for expedited Request, if I ignored it my case will be stuck there for 60 days no moving forward, so would you'll advise me to send them a letter that indicated I didn't Request it ??? or I just sit and wait??
NB: I requested expedited in September and I got denied in October

call the USCIS helpline number, when you get through an agent, tell them you need to make a appointment with Level 2 agent. They will take your request and a level 2 agent will call you back in 48 - 72 business hours. Explain your situation to the level 2 agent when you get that call back from them. this is just my advice not a legal or professional counseling regarding your query. thanks.

Check with USCIS. This may prove favorable as anytime they mishandle a case, they have to investigate it (review) and determine a decision. This means that if you weren’t supposed to get a decision yet, then you will soon.

Mimi. I have my fingers crossed for you. My reasons, of seeing my aged Mum for Christmas and loss of my job are not a valid urgency according to the heartless disrespectful people at NVC and USCIS. I hope you keep trying and truly wish you well. I plan to remember all these people have put me through when I have a voice that they will respect. My wife is already very aware and will vote etc with this in mind. Be safe and keep trying.
