Hey Lawfully family, has anyone had any luck with expediting their work permit or green card application recently? I applied almost 7 months ago and I still haven’t gotten a final decision. My wife is pregnant and unable to work so I’m almost at the point of financial distress. Any suggestions?

show proof that your wife is pregnant and that she can’t work. apply under financial hardship or can’t remember if it’s humanitarian.
I did when I just gave birth and was in school so I expedited at the 7 mark months since I applied and sent my school schedule and how much I owed and hospital bills. it was approved The next day after I sent evidence.

Can try to submit an inquiry via local Congress. Also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
