you haven’t received a Prima Facie? So basically they are not able to adjudicate you work authorization or travel permit until your case is reviewed and you are issued a Prima Facie.

took a couple months to get that response. but my case is pending for 17 months so how am I not prima facie eligible. def been more of a first look by now

we all need to be complaining to USCIS about this ridiculous delays from years 2021-2022 if we were all to get together maybe they will speed up the process they need to feel the pressure and know that is not fair that people that submitted their cases in 2023 are getting approved super fast

They are getting ridiculous, talking about internal delays for cases over a year or 2 old but people who filed this year have absolutely no issue. I think they just don’t give a damn.

@mount laurel New Jersey not everyone definitely not me applied in 03-23 I-765 I-130 I-485 sent in medical and all required documents, did biometrics 4/13 and since then stuck on actively reviewing and I-130 just says received

I mean March 23 was only 4 months ago and your biometrics was only 3 months ago. but ya I guess it’s not everyone. but maybe you’ll get it soon
