Expedite response
Does anyone know how long it takes for a Immigration Service Officer to contact you (call/email) after you submit a Petition for Alien Relative request. I received a text and email saying they usually try to respond within 72hrs. When they call do they notify you immediately if you will be approved or denied your request? Thank you for any insight.

I submitted my request 2 weeks ago, other than the automated response we haven’t heard anything.

they usually mail you a receipt notice confirming your application around a week or so . for the decision it could be fast or even take a months .
