my formal I-131 expedite request was accepted 30 days ago, but I’ve heard nothing. They haven’t asked for proof or anything. When should I hear something?

If you haven’t contacted them for a follow-up, do so. I will tell you about my case.
I expedited and didn’t hear from them for about two weeks. When I contacted via EMMA, I was told that proof was requested and emailed to me. However, I did not receive said email so I requested a Tier 2 phone call. The call happened and the notice was emailed by the officer. I then sent the evidence and was approved. I have my combo card now.

after I called, they created new request. 5 days later, I was scheduled for an interview. no EAD yet

@stacey after you sent your proof how many days did they get back to you? ı sent my evidences on Monday via fax(cuz they want it all only with this way) ı even don’t know is it delivered or not…
