@Dani G I havnt gotten a response yet and its over 30 days

Hello I submitted one in may received response after 2 months they mention 10 days SLA but that is not how it works.Also the request was denied with out any reason.

@Dee sabbineni did they asked any additional document prior denying the expedite request?

@Riri Riri nope they did not call or email about any documentation after the expedite request was created in May 21 st .i tired following up multiple times, I got a email on July 13 that the expedite was denied. I called after asking for the reason and the agent mentioned the officers have right to deny the expedite with out any request for evidence if they feel so.

@Dee sabbineni Waouw that’s crazy. it shouldn’t be based on feeling because they might be wrong.

@Riri Riri I know it’s frustrating I had hope that expedite request would work for 2 months I kept checking and following up over the call and they just denied it with out any explanation or reason for denial
